這種現象出現在螢幕上，所以別說 broken screen 或 broken display，因為 broken screen 或 broken display 聽起來像是螢幕的實體破裂的感覺。
所以我們可以說 The colors of the screen are smeared. 或 There are colored lines at the top of the screen.
也可以很簡單的說 The picture is broken.
