1. It's important for me.
2. It's important to me.
答案是... 兩者美國人都聽的懂，但 It's important to me. 比較正確也比較普遍，以下是更多例子:
Sleeping well is very important to me.
Their kid's education is very important to them.
假如後面要加上更多英文字，就用 for me，例如:
It's important for me to sleep well.
對我來說，睡得好很重要。
It's important for me to eat healthy.
對我來說，吃的健康很重要。
