想問中文常說的"該不會"要怎麼翻譯?

例如:該不會你忘記了吧!

美國人不會特別翻譯 "該不會"，通常我們會以以下句子起頭: Could it be that..Is it possible that..例如:I cannot stop thinking about her. Could it be I am falling for her?但很多時候只要用問句就可以表達 "該不會" 了，例如:A: I'll see you tomorrow at the mall.B: What mall?A: Uh.. did you forget we are going shopping for my dad's present?B: Oh yea. Thanks for reminding me.
