airport ground staff 跟 airline ground staff 都指機場地勤人員，比較像後勤人員 (例如在機場跑道上指揮交通的人員、把行李運到飛機裡的人、清洗飛機的人)，而不是第一線跟乘客有互動的地勤人員。
