in the face of 可指儘管, 整句應為 In the face of the bad weather, we went out. 但我建議用 Despite, 如 Despite the bad weather, we went out.

"in and out of season" 暗示季節性, 例如指運動員不論季後或季前都必須做藥物測試就可用 in and out of season. 你如果想說 "任何時候" 用 always 或 at all times 就行了
