frisky = 指人或動物(例如狗、貓、馬)，愛玩的，活潑好動的

cheerful 可說是「活潑」對貼切的英文字之一，臉上常常充滿笑容、思想正面，例如:

a cheerful girl = 一名活潑開朗的女生

fun-loving = 喜歡活潑的享受生活、愛玩樂不愛嚴肅

in good spirits = in high spirits = 形容一個人活潑、開心，由於這樣子的人生理的精神一定很好(精神不好的人無法看起來活潑)，所以也暗示此人精神很好

a frisky dog = a high-energy dog = 一個好動活潑的狗

You are a spirited girl = 妳是個很活潑的女孩

high-energy 也可形容人，lively 是老一代的人比較會用的字，energetic 指一個人充滿精神跟活力，是比較正式的字
，perky 常用來形容一個人的個性很活潑，outgoing 指一個人很外向，其他的字都用來形容人很活潑。

dynamic = 思維活躍的、充滿活力的

thorough 很好用，表示細心或仔細，例如:

You are so thorough. = 你真細心 = 你真仔細

detail-oriented 跟 attention to detail 很貼切的形容「細心」跟「仔細」，如以下:

A product manager needs to be very detail-oriented = 一個專案管理者需要非常細心

His attention to detail is phenomenal. I highly recommend him for a position in your law firm. = 他非常細心，我強力推薦他進入你們的律師事務所

attentive 通常指對人的細心，meticulous 通常指對事物的細心，sensitive 有好的敏感的意思，perceptive 指觀察力敏銳，很有洞察力。

His dish looks top-notch = 他做的那道菜看起來是一流的(例如在烹飪比賽)

a premier line of cosmetics = 頂級一系列化妝品

premier scientists = 頂級科學家

premium department store = 頂級百貨公司

premium grapes = 頂級葡萄

deluxe 跟 high quality 常用在物品上，例如頂級禮盒。

high quality 也可用在人上面，形容頂級的人才，但通常用在複數的名詞，例如:

high quality engineers = 頂級工程師

所以你可以說 We are looking for high quality engineers.，你比較不會說 You are a high quality engineer.，但老美也聽的懂。

outstanding 跟 excellent 都非常普遍, 常用在人上面, 例如:
