Here's what happens. When I post a UTF8 link FB will automatically UTF8 decode it. Little do they know I've already done that, resulting in double decoding and an error occurs. For what it's worth kudos to FB for not barfing and printing the error trace.

Thanks for your suggestion. A much easier way is copy the text in the URL field of Chrome when the said page has been loaded. Then paste it to see the UTF8 encoded text. Try it!
