想請問一個問題 im in bed 跟 im in the bed 兩者都是可以用的嗎?因為很少聽到in the bed..

I am in bed. 可指我生病了，躺在床上，也可指我沒生病，只是躺在床上而已。

I am in the bed. 指我躺在床上休息，並沒有生病，此句強調哪張床，例如有兩張床，此句意思是我在這個床，而不是那個床。

通常你不會加 the，例如你會說 I like to read in bed. 而不會說 I like to read in the bed.
